Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you have received, please contact us. We strive for our customers to be 100% satisfied with the product they purchased from our suppliers. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us and our team will help you immediately.

How can I return (part of) my order?

If you decide to return your products to us within our 30-day returns period, we will refund the total order amount within ten working days of receiving the product. (You must meet all conditions to be eligible for a refund)

Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the costs of return shipping.


To return your product, please follow the steps below:

  1. Send an email to support@feelworryfree.com and state that you want to return all or part of your order.
  2. Please wait for a response from our customer service whether we can accept the return.
  3. If we can accept your return, please do the following. Pack the product to be returned neatly and safely, preferably in the original packaging.
  4. Send the package to the return address you received from our customer service.
  5. Send the Track & Trace code to our customer service.
  6. Once your package has arrived and been checked, we will refund the order amount of the returned products via the payment method used.

Cancellation of placed orders

Cancellation of your order is not possible. Our orders are processed directly in the system and therefore cancellation is not possible.

Damaged products upon arrival

What a shame! Unfortunately, your product may have been damaged during transport. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. After that, unfortunately, the return period expires.

For the fastest resolution, please email us with a photo showing the damaged part of the item. The most optimal photos are on a flat surface where the label and defect can be seen. We use this information to help you with your order and to prevent errors in the future.

In the event of defects, we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time, and unfortunately we cannot refund money. Does it arrive defective the second time? We will then refund your total purchase amount.

Our underpants fall under hygienic products. You must not break the seal after delivery, otherwise the right to return will lapse. This ensures that hygiene products are not used before returning the product. This ensures that everyone receives a clean, unused product.
